We are an innovative mortgage solutions company catering to both resident and non-resident profiles looking to acquire a mortgage for property in Spain. We operate under two distinct brands to better address the unique needs of our clients:
- Bayteca for Residents.
- Mortgage Direct for non-resident.
As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to manage and develop our active portfolio of B2B partners. The successful candidate will play a vital role as the face of our team to new collaborators, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward innovative solutions.

About the role: what you will do.
As a B2B Account Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to drive the growth of strategic business relationships with our B2B partners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute initiatives that increase their volume of qualified leads.
You’ll also work hand in hand with our Operations and Growth teams, providing valuable process improvements and sharing insights about the profile and quality of incoming leads.
Your Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
* Build strong, lasting relationships with partners by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, such as onboarding materials.
* Develop and implement strategies in collaboration with Marketing to enhance partnerships and increase the volume of qualified leads—your primary KPI.
* Ensure seamless business operations by coordinating with BizOps and Mortgage Consultants to deliver exceptional service and maximize partner satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Finance team to manage the ordering and processing of monthly commission payments for partners.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Create weekly and periodic reports on the performance of B2B relationships, including actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies.
The Perfect Match: What you bring
* Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, with proven success in account or partner management.
* Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).
* Availability: Willing to work on-site 4 days per week and travel for events as required.
