How to contribute to our vision
For our Industrial Cybersecurity department, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated cybersecurity engineer to drive definition and implementation of solution-wide security. As an Industrial Cybersecurity Engineer, you will provide comprehensive cybersecurity architecture support to various communities within the company, helping to advance our cybersecurity initiatives.
You will participate in developing internal technical cybersecurity standards and architecture principles, while proactively engaging with development teams to strengthen the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture.
You will be part of Industrial Cybersecurity Technical Competence Center - a team of experienced cybersecurity professionals supporting the business and development teams in securing systems by default across Product and Solutions, Manufacturing IT and Business managed IT.
Core responsibilities:
1. Define and maintain overall cybersecurity architectural framework for products and solutions, Manufacturing and Business managed IT.
2. Define and maintain cybersecurity principles, standards and guardrails, reference architectures and cybersecurity practices.
3. Evaluate business requirements and cybersecurity architecture and design decisions.
4. Facilitate cybersecurity architecture and design reviews.
5. Provide cybersecurity guidance on design and implementation to product development teams.
6. Perform threat and risk analysis at both component and the wind power plant level.
7. Provide cybersecurity expertise in different phases of customer projects.
8. Support SGRE cybersecurity certification activities.
What You Need to Make a Difference
Enthusiasm for securing renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change are essential. We are looking for individuals who want to make a tangible difference and contribute to the transition to renewable energy, changing the world for the better.
The ideal candidate has:
1. Several years of experience in cybersecurity, product security or OT security in an architect or similar role.
2. Academic degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable education.
3. Excellent technical security knowledge based on cybersecurity standards and good practices.
4. Experience with widely recognized OT cybersecurity standards, including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISO 27001.
5. Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment.
6. Experience with SCADA, Industrial Control Systems, and Industrial Networks.
7. Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration security.
8. Knowledge of cloud security.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Fluency in English.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
12. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have:
1. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert.
2. Knowledge of architectural frameworks such as SABSA and TOGAF.
3. Experience with regulatory compliance requirements specific to OT environments (e.g., NIS2 NERC CIP, Cyber Resilience act).
