Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing professional to join our global team at Electrolux. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will develop and execute innovative strategies to build best-in-class retail environments for consumers. You will work closely with commercial, social media, and communications teams to drive brand positioning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing plans for B2B partners, including design and adaptation of marketing materials, email marketing campaigns, and analysis of results.
* Collaborate with Social Media agency to design and plan social media campaigns and editorial plans for AEG & Electrolux brands.
* Support the organization of company events, such as new product launches and brand activations.
* Coordinate relationships with PR agencies, external partners, and suppliers.
* Manage budgets, implement brand image, and collaborate with Central and local departments.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of executing instore and brand activation campaigns.
* Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative thinker with passion for storytelling and building connections with consumers.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
