Role overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in London. Reporting to the Business Director, you will manage daily account operations who has the trust, knowledge and confidence to lead the daily correspondence with clients. You will manage and build strong relationships with your clients, while contributing to strategic and creative development. You’ll be familiar with all processes within creative development and delivery of outputs such as campaigns.
As an Account Manager at House 337, you will:
* Lead account logistics and look for ways to improve it
* Work with Project Management to develop timelines and best path for each work stream
* Ensure finance trackers (of estimates and invoicing) are kept up to date, and send billing instructions
* Review and monitor finance processes and finding solutions to overcome over-burn.
* Lead individual productions
* Oversee usage and talent rights, work closely with the Business Affairs team
* Develop a point of view on creative work and having the skills to communicate it
* Contribute to brand, communications, digital and social strategy
* Demonstrate an understanding of the strategic direction of the brand and the wider marketing context, evidenced by inputting into creative briefs and having the ability to evaluate our work against the brief.
* Be able to distil client feedback into a clear list of requirements for the team, ensuring there is written reference to the task.
You will bring:
* Industry knowledge to seek and spot opportunities to grow existing business.
* Experience with how to monitor project costs (recs / WIP), and flag any potential threats to profit (such as potential overburn, etc).
* Experience sharing and presenting work creatively with clients
* Knowledge of your particular specialism (UX, advertising, etc)
* Knowledge of media formats and production processes
* Knowledge of industry regulatory approval process (RACC, Clearcast, etc)
* Experience with production processes (from TV to digital)
