DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides leadership and expertise in planning, organizing and directing the guidance, counseling services of the College and its objectives on human development;
2. Develops, organizes and maintains an adequate system of keeping records and files on each clientele served by the Guidance and Counseling Services, as well as a system of control over the use of such records and files in order to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality which is inherent to these stored information;
3. Exercises direct supervision and control over the activities of the staff of the Guidance and Testing Office;
4. Plans, organizes and directs a regular orientation program for all incoming freshmen and transferees of the College;
5. Assists graduates on possible job placement and monitoring of their employment and career either local or international;
6. Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the College President, EVP, SVP and VPAA of the College.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. MA/MS in Guidance and Counseling with PRC License
2. Five years of satisfactory experience in guidance and counseling
