The Marketing team has responsibility for assessing the short to medium term business impacts across all business lines and marketing directions of ongoing industry transformations, developing the global Southern Europe marketing plan and countries' adaptations. The team understands the global and country business priorities, market dynamics, consumer needs, motivations and expectations as well as which marketing drivers work better across the markets to develop and implement a marketing plan to achieve business goals.
Marketing Executive reports directly to the Head of Marketing and, as an integral part of the Country Marketing Team, he or she will be responsible to implement and monitor the marketing plan and activity for Country market according to the Southern Europe Marketing strategy and considering EMEA and Global marketing initiatives.
Areas of Responsibility/Tasks:
As an integral part of the Country Marketing Team, he or she will be responsible to:
1. Deploy the Southern Europe Marketing Strategy and Country annual plans combining traditional B2B marketing initiatives, such as congresses & events, with digitalization of the marketing function.
2. Budget control and monthly & quarterly report process.
3. Ongoing follow-up to monitor and analyze the results and business impact (KPI's).
4. Identify improvement points and work with key stakeholders to readjust the actions needed.
5. Drive implementation and execution of new tools, processes, systems, culture and technologies to become one of the most customer engaged brands in the healthcare industry, focusing on digital levers.
6. Influence and drive the establishment of a first-class digital organization and ensure high and standardized quality standards & digital capabilities.
7. Deploy a totally customer centric culture and performance in Country, deploying customer journey and funnel concepts for all campaigns.
8. Create digital selling capabilities in the country enabling the right organization, social selling tools, Paid Media procedures, listening capabilities and campaign management.
9. Help to define channel strategy for campaigns according with the Country needs.
10. Manage communications and brand presence growth: define and implement comms and PR plan (managing external agencies if needed).
11. Implement local partnership & collaboration plans with key customers, recognize professionals and institutions which can better help to improve our business.
12. Organize a first-class congresses and events: define and manage the whole process, it means, negotiating our presence with the organization, assembling and coordinating requirements, conferences, booth design aligned with business/marketing objectives, customer experience and lead generation, develop all content needed, interviews, logistics, merchandising, invitations, communications, developing schedules, etc.
13. Content creation to be used across all communication channels.
Required Competencies and Experience:
1. At least 10 years of experience in a marketing role in healthcare.
2. International marketing experience, as part of multinational marketing team.
3. English as day-by-day language is a must.
4. Good analytical skills as well as results orientated with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
5. Strong Business orientation of the Marketing activity.
6. Strong data management and organizational skills - able to build your own analyses. Strong focus on quality, building trust and motivation.
7. Excellent communication skills used to work in complex matrix environments.
8. Excellent understanding of digital KPIs - able to read, analyze digital dashboard and identify improvements points.
9. Able to work both at the strategical and hand-on operational level.
10. Experience with digital systems integrations, data architecture, digital ecosystems, technologies, tools.
11. Digital campaign experience. Campaign design (including digital design and conceptual / content / TOV / story telling design), analytics, lead strategy. Experience in working with customer journeys and funnel strategies.
12. Customer oriented.
13. Proven experience managing complex business relationships and working within cross functional teams/processes to achieve goals.
14. Previous sales experience is a plus.
