Position: Marketing Specialist – Perfumery Marketing
At Essential, we've been designing fragrances for 45 years. Today, we are looking for a strategic, proactive profile with strong customer orientation to join our European marketing team.
Location: Gandía (hybrid model)
Experience required: Minimum 4–5 years in brand or category management, ideally within perfumery, beauty, or FMCG
Reports to: Global Head of Marketing
About the Role
We are looking for an independent and proactive professional with a strong commercial mindset—someone who can turn data and trends into high-impact proposals for our clients. But also, someone with a creative mindset and aesthetic sensitivity.
At Essential, we don’t just analyze markets—we interpret them, feel them, and transform them into fragrances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities through consumer and market data analysis
* Create strategic presentations and brand narratives with a creative focus
* Collaborate in the development of olfactive concepts and inspiring proposals
* Actively participate in the design and execution of national and international trade shows and events
* Support the digital strategy alongside the content team
* Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams

If you have a background in marketing or business administration, a high level of English (French is a plus), and a passion for both data analysis and concept creation, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
