Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced in social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
As a Social Media Manager, you will take the lead in crafting and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the brand’s presence, engaging with followers, collaborating with influencers, and ensuring that our content is fresh, relevant, and engaging. You’ll also work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns, manage influencer collaborations, organize giveaways, and stay ahead of the latest trends.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and growing our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Developing and executing creative content strategies that engage and grow our online community
3. Building and nurturing relationships with influencers and content creators
4. Overseeing influencer collaborations, including sending gifts, managing giveaways, and coordinating joint campaigns
5. Analyzing social media metrics to optimize strategies and content for maximum engagement
6. Staying on top of trends and social media innovations to keep the brand relevant and dynamic

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
3. Strong passion for social media trends, content creation, and community engagement.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and interact with diverse audiences.
5. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
6. Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, customer service, etc.)
7. Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.), content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and Google Suite.
8. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and outside the box to deliver fresh, engaging content and campaigns.
