It supports organizations around the world in strengthening their access control and protecting critical information systems.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in bridging the gap between our solutions and our customers’ needs. You will work closely with both the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and design tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client goals, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Design and present tailored solutions that effectively address customer pain points and business needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the product portfolio during the pre-sales process.
- Master proposal development, including technical documentation and solution architecture.
- Work with post-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams to influence product roadmap and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
