AIMEN is a multi-sector Innovation and Technology Centre that develops R&D&I activities and provides technological services to the industry in the fields of Materials, Advanced Manufacturing processes, Digitalization, and sustainability.
With more than 50 years of experience, our vision is consolidating as an excellent organization in technological innovation at the service of the industry, to contribute to a more sustainable future. Be part of the Smart System and Smart Manufacturing Team, to perform the following functions:
1. Technical management and development of R&D projects.
2. Attendance at congresses, conferences, and other scientific events.
3. Collaboration within National and European proposals: definition of technical objectives, work plan, and partner searching.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
1. Electrical Engineering Degree.
2. Telecommunications Degree.
3. Computer Science Degree.
Experience:
1. Previous experience of at least 5 years developing R&D activities and the described functions.
2. Implementation of controllers based on ROS.
3. Professional experience as a programmer of C/C++.
4. Professional experience in Computer Vision.
5. Development and integration of systems in modular control architectures.
6. Knowledge of the different R&D calls (national and, mainly, European).
7. Experience in managing and developing R&D European projects.
8. Advanced English level with capacity for: elaboration of European proposals, Networking, elaboration of articles, etc.
9. Available to travel.
10. Driving license and own vehicle.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
1. Master's / Doctorate in Automation, Robotics.
2. Knowledge in perception and cognition applied to robotics.
3. We are looking for people who are involved, responsible, with ability and aptitude for teamwork and high organization skills. Ability to communicate. Flexible and initiative to face new professional challenges.
