Corporate Account Manager – Food Retail Services
At Robert Walters, we are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join the leading team of a company in the food retail services sector. In this position, you will provide specialized solutions and expertise to grocery stores, supermarkets, big-box stores, and convenience stores to help improve food safety compliance and deliver profitable growth. You will achieve the sales and profit targets for the assigned accounts and new accounts.

What You Will Do:
• Retain existing key accounts and look for business opportunities from potential accounts, strengthening the Company’s penetration to achieve the annual sales and profit budget.
• Creatively sell Company’s products and services to the accounts. Identify additional needs which can be met by the Company.
• Understand the key accounts’ needs and transmit these needs to the appropriate Company personnel. Resolve problems between the corporate accounts and the Company.
• Prepare and organize regular executive business reviews with customers to sell our total cost of ownership approach and the added values to customers.
• Enlarge customer networking using relationship skills by visiting store sites and customers' headquarters regularly.
• Stay informed of key accounts’ personnel and policy changes and their influence on the products and services we provide, taking corresponding actions.
• Effectively coordinate product application, blueprint trials, on-site surveys, new branch launches, contract signings and implementations, equipment installations, and urge payment for goods.
• Provide the highest standard of service to key accounts. Conduct quarterly and monthly service reviews to ensure requirements are effectively met. Actively assist other business teams within the Company to help introduce additional products and services to current accounts.
• Establish, implement, and develop sales strategies for key accounts.
• Negotiate profitable cooperation agreements with corporate accounts, ensuring new agreements do not damage the former price.
• Provide training on how to give key accounts more effective service to sales staff.
• Understand all available Company resources that can support key accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree
• 5 years of sales and/or account management experience in B2B industry
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
• Strong relationship building and resilience skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree with a major in food science, marketing, or business administration
• MBA
• Fluent written English and excellent oral English communication, expression, and negotiation skills.
• Determined to pursue a successful and rewarding sales career.
• Good team player, skilled in project management and interpersonal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement corporate account sales programs.
• Ability to understand pricing and the importance of pricing items in contracts, with basic abilities in risk management and cost control.
