The Position
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team.
Your key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the commercial plan in an assigned geographic segment, establishing the action plan.
2. Lead the negotiation of new contracts in all aspects, with the support of the Offers department.
3. Conduct sales visits and presentations of the company and its services.
4. Participate in the specific marketing actions of the Unit, in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
5. Generate new opportunities. Once the opportunity has been captured, it will be transferred to the Offers Department following the established procedure.
6. Manage the growth within the assigned accounts, supported by the Project Managers and the Bid Department. Establish an account plan of the main opportunities that will be transferred to the rest of the unit's team (commercial and operational).
7. Attend different fairs and events to promote our brand and our network of contacts.
Your skills and experience:
1. Strong sales experience, with a “hunter” profile, in the Renewable Energy sector. Ideally, experience selling Control Systems, SaaS platforms, and renewables.
2. Ability to analyze the environment (PEST, competitors, customers, products).
3. Good communication skills in English and/or other languages.
4. Ability to work with clear objectives.
5. Engineering degree preferred.
What we offer:
1. Flexible working hours at the start and end of the working day.
2. Remote working availability.
3. Holidays: 22 working days + 24th and 31st December (when during the working week).
4. Summer working hours: From 8.00 to 15.00 every day (from 15th June to 15th September).
