Now, we’re looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Strategic Account Manager, Regional Lead and contribute to our ambitious mission.German proficiency is required for this roleWhat you'll be doing:Own the Net Dollar Retention program of Zoovu’s EMEA portfolio of customer accounts, running revenue growth programming (Expansion and Upsell of Zoovu studios) while retaining current revenue (ARR) at an ever-improving level.Solid understanding of organization structure and key stakeholders, internal influences, customer’s business environment, goals, and risks to identify growth opportunities.Drive standardized QBR programming which partners with Zoovu Solutions team members to deliver insight and innovation/growth opportunities.Upskill current Strategic Account Managers on core Zoovu product platforms to improve technical proficiency.Capitalize on client data and analytics along with industry insights and consumer trends to effectively communicate value to new clients.Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets by proactively seeking and closing growth revenue opportunities.Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the products provided. Act as the regional sponsor and escalation path for EMEA accounts.Contribute to the development of company goals, growth, and profitability targets by being an active member of the Zoovu team and culture.Conduct customer onsite workshops, events, and team programming; travel is estimated at 25% of working time.What you'll need:Residence in Europe.Fluent in German and English.Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms from a technical perspective.5+ years of quota-carrying and closing experience with a consistent track record of success.Experience leading a consultative revenue process and managing distributed team members.Experience in using CRM tools to manage and forecast new opportunities and renewals.Proactive, problem-solving, analytical skills, and technical capabilities.A desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in a commercial environment.A strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures.Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills with a sharp focus on goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and/or other relevant languages).#J-18808-Ljbffr
