Job Responsibilities:
* Support front-line technical support for a team of 100+ security engineers and support staff to resolve technical issues.
* Work with vendors & internal team members to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Create, manage, and close support tickets promptly and efficiently.
* Monitor and report on ticket status and escalate critical issues to senior team members as required.
* Perform basic Salesforce administration duties, including user management, data management, and reporting.
* Maintain computer hardware and software inventory, including tracking asset location, updating licenses, and performing software installations and upgrades.
* Support information security initiatives as needed.
* Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and management of appropriate software and hardware solutions.
* Provide input in the design solutions that conform to institutional policies, standards, and guidelines.
* Utilize monitoring tools and incident tracking systems to detect incidents, take corrective actions, and determine the root cause.
* Create and maintain documentation for clients and colleagues to serve as technical and/or end-user reference.
* Follow change management policies and processes.
* Assist in the management of onboarding and off-boarding processes.
* Be a champion of security best practices and lead others to adopt them.
Requirements:
* 1+ Years of Security Engineering or Systems Administrator experience.
* The ability to communicate effectively about cybersecurity, blockchain technologies, and risk management with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work in a highly adaptable and nimble team environment with responsive communication.
* Strong passion to learn and work in the blockchain/web3 industry.
* Technical requirements:
* Identity and access administration.
* Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
* SaaS product integration.
* Technical support for users.
Nice to have:
* MSP, helpdesk experience or similar.
* A+ Certification or other relevant industry certifications.
* Prior experience in service delivery or advisory/consulting space.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security is a plus.
