We are currently looking to hire a Protocol Support Assistant to provide support to visit and event management.
Responsibilities:
* Arrange logistics needed during the visit/event to facilities (security access, catering in-plant, meeting room, internal transport...)
* Arrange logistics needed out of facilities during guests' stay (restaurants, leisure programs, hotel, transport...)
* Support during the visit/event: checks on site, welcoming, accompaniment, speech...
General Admin Support:
* High Level of English (At least B2).
* Experience in protocol and event organization.
* Permanent contract.
* Full-Time.
* 30 working days of vacation.
* Workplace: Getafe.
