Nourish existing commercial relationships with connected TPS in Europe and grow production.
Acquiring new TPS in the geography assigned in line with the global pipeline.
Purpose of the Role:
* Connect and optimise new and existing TPS connections towards achieving OM and TTV targets.
* Engage in strategic conversations with existing and new TPS assigned and discuss plans for product optimisation.
* Monitor the production of the TPS assigned and take action accordingly to maximize the opportunity towards reaching TTV and OM targets.
* Increase OM via supplier income and margin actions.
* Finalise contracts with new TPS as per pipeline and renew/amend existing contracts as needed.
* Commercial strength and acumen to negotiate at a senior level with TPS.
* Listen and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience:
* Experience in sourcing and/or sales within the travel industry.
* Advisable to have commercial/technical knowledge of XML distribution.
Skills:
* Excellent understanding of sourcing and distribution strategy.
* Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities.
* Result-driven and passionate.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good knowledge of the travel industry and XML distribution.
* Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, and Accelerate.
* Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences.
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
