Position overviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing manager to lead and enhance our brand presence in Marbella's luxury real estate market and along the Costa del Sol. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-end clientele, digital marketing, brand positioning, and lead generation strategies. You will oversee all marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency and driving high-quality leads for our luxury property portfolio.
Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement a
comprehensive digital marketing strategy
to position the company as a leader in the luxury real estate sector.Manage and optimize
performance marketing campaigns
across multiple digital channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, and email marketing).Oversee and improve
CRM strategies (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar),
ensuring effective lead nurturing, automation, and segmentation to drive conversion rates.Analyze
customer data, market trends, and campaign performance
to refine marketing strategies and optimize ROI.Lead content creation efforts, including high-quality
marketing materials, video content, and photography
for luxury property promotions.Develop and oversee a robust
email marketing strategy
to engage potential buyers and investors.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.Collaborate with internal teams, sales professionals, and external agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
RequirementsMinimum of
3 years of experience as a marketing manager
and
digital marketing
for
luxury real estate
or the
premium/luxury sector .Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field .Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation, and customer segmentation strategies.Strong
SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing knowledge .Fluency in
English (C2 level)
– native or bilingual proficiency required. Spanish or other languages is a plus.Excellent analytical skills with experience in
Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other performance tracking tools .Ability to create and manage
high-end digital campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals .Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end.
