Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our office in Orihuela Costa - Alicante to be a part of our innovative and multicultural team. The Operations Supervisor is the main link between our company and current/potential customers having initial contact with them. He/she interacts with customers with high professionalism and acts as a filter.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
1. Establishing primary contact with customers who send inquiries.
2. Identifying customers’ needs and wants, clarifying and filtrating information of the inquiry.
3. Using CRM to distribute the inquiries to Sales Agents, log, and track inquiries.
4. Handling live chat on our websites.
Qualifications
1. Excellent command of the English and Spanish languages.
2. Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
3. Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.
4. Serious work ethic, a strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to accept challenges.
5. Strong customer service orientation.
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
7. Excellent listener and team player.
8. Eligible to work in Spain.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09.00-18.00 (lunch break 13.00-15.00); Saturday 10.00-15.00.
