The Indirect Channel Regional Manager will report to the Indirect Channel National Manager. Your mission will be to develop and implement Commercial strategy, overseeing the network of Distributors and Agents for the Orthopedics Channel in your area of responsibility, ensuring that the strategic plans of each Business Unit (Orthopedics, Arthroscopy, Spine, and Trauma) are implemented in all regions led by the Indirect Channel structure, ensuring sustained profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report to your direct supervisor on the commercial activity within your scope (market evolution, targets, customers, commercial organization, etc.) to establish corrective actions if necessary and ensure the achievement of set targets.
* Collaborate with your direct supervisor in the definition of marketing strategies and tactics through reports, interviews, and/or ad hoc meetings to develop actions that enhance the impact of the commercial activity carried out by the sales team.
* Contribute to defining sales targets for the region and budget by establishing positive action plans for your area.
* Collaborate in the research and forecasting of market trends, proposing and anticipating the necessary measures to adapt to new trends.
* Maintain relationships with key customers and participate in closing deals and/or negotiations within your area of expertise.
* Monitor and correct inefficiencies through specific plans based on data regarding owned assets in the assigned Distribution territory.
Skills:
* Strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
* Experience in a similar role: track record of at least 2 years leading sales teams in Direct and Indirect Channel is a plus.
* Relevant project/program management skills from planning and analysis to implementation and consolidation, including change management skills.
* Strong customer/user focus, stakeholder management with influencing and collaborative skills.
* Innovative and strategic mindset is essential for the role.
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment with agility and flexibility.
* Team player integrated within an innovative and dynamic team, able to work independently.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, results-oriented, curious with an innovative mindset.
