YOUR ROLE
Are you interested in providing development of automation directly to our corporate functions at CEVA Logistics? Would you like to focus on the development of robots as well as supporting the continued development of the application environment and governance in CEVA’s distributed development environment?
If so, we have the opportunity to work as our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer at CEVA Logistics. This role is open in Spain and Poland.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* You provide support to CEVA’s global RPA development community.
* You provide expertise to the design process as requested.
* You provide input for process efficiencies within the overall design.
* You develop detailed designs based on documented requirements on product services and enhancements.
* You perform development based on documented requirements.
* You have a consistent and reliable delivery execution of activities to defined service levels, schedules, and budget.
* You work with Solutions Owners, Solutions Analysts, Business Owners, and Customers to translate requirements into solutions to meet business needs.
* You establish and maintain a pipeline of Automation Opportunities within the Global and Corporate sphere.
* You work to identify opportunities based on investigation and process improvement.
* You contribute towards technological developments within domain or technology (D&B includes Design, development, test & deploy activities).
* You define delivery schedules and ensure execution to plan for assigned deliverables. You lead small scale internal projects as necessary. You coordinate delivery across IT teams.
* You respond to unfamiliar, undefined, unexpected, or unstable situations with the professionally prescribed standard response. You use standard analytical tools and rules to determine root cause and resolve the broad range of application Problems.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* You have 2 years + experience in Robotic Process Automation technology.
* You have at least 2 years of technical experience in defined functional area; Experience/qualification with Automation Anywhere will be a plus.
* You demonstrate command of and applies complex tools and systems.
* You have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to handle multiple complex problems.
* You have depth knowledge of function capabilities to assess risk and apply quality control.
* You have the ability to work on own initiative.
* You have a proven ability to work with a diverse technical workforce.
* You have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
* You are a team player: Ability to work well as part of a team and prioritize work.
* You have the ability to work well under pressure.
* ITIL certification is a plus.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
