We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports overall business objectives and growth initiatives, with the goal of increasing brand visibility, expanding customer acquisition, and driving revenue. We seek a highly creative and results-driven professional with a strong background in the field.
Responsibilities
* Design and execute marketing strategies to increase the visibility and adoption of the SaaS product in the hospitality sector.
* Create content for LinkedIn, blog and Newsletter posts.
* Update website content.
* Create and update presentations, brochures, case studies, email campaigns and visual content.
* Develop demand generation and lead acquisition campaigns through digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing).
* Plan and manage our presence at industry events and trade shows in the tourism and hospitality sector.
* Work alongside the sales team in designing communication tools and strategic messaging.
* Analyze trends & consumer behaviour to inform data-driven strategies.
* Analyze key metrics and continuously optimize campaign performance.
* Define and execute a content strategy that supports both growth marketing and brand positioning efforts, to educate and attract potential customers (blog, LinkedIn, Newsletter, webinars, case studies).
* Coordinate with agencies and external vendors when necessary.
* Manage the marketing budget and ensure an effective ROI.
You would be a great fit if you have :
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience in marketing within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
* Experience in early-stage startup environments.
* Experience building marketing capabilities from scratch.
* In-depth knowledge of the hospitality or tourism sector is a plus.
* Experience with marketing tools, HubSpot, Canva, Photoshop, Figma, Miro, Monday…
* Proficiency in inbound marketing strategies and lead generation.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
* Excellent communication and writing skills in Spanish and English.
* Ability to work in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
* Experience in the Hospitality Industry.
