Qualifications:
1. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager.
3. Possess leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.
4. Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
5. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
6. Strong communication and team management skills.
7. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
8. Availability to travel as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
2. Lead Regional sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
5. Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation.
6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
7. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
8. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
9. Monitor cost in relation to prevailing competition, and if necessary adjust the price of selling.
10. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
11. Liaise with Production departments to ensure brand consistency.
12. Responsible for the sales target achievement of Area Managers.
