We are looking for a D2C Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless user experience, strong sales performance, and data-backed decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, IT, and logistics teams to optimize website performance, manage promotions, and enhance conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
* Ecommerce Platform Management – Optimize Shopify & WordPress, enhance website speed, and ensure smooth integrations.
* Sales Growth & Strategy – Plan promotions, pricing, and seasonal campaigns to increase conversions.
* Data & Performance Analytics – Track KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, P&L) and run A/B tests & competitor analysis.
* SEO & CRO Optimization – Implement SEO best practices, improve UX/UI, and optimize conversion rates.
* Stock & Catalog Management – Maintain real-time stock updates & automated restocking models.
* Technical Integrations & Automation – Manage AI-driven tools, API integrations, and chatbots to improve efficiency.
* Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, IT, logistics, finance, and customer service to align strategies.
* External Partnerships – Coordinate with agencies, ecommerce tech providers, and freelancers for web development, digital marketing, and analytics.
What are we looking for?
* A proactive and analytical e-commerce professional with strong experience in managing Shopify and WordPress (WooCommerce) platforms.
* Solid understanding of product catalog management, stock control, pricing strategies, and digital sales.
* A strong grasp of SEO optimization, website performance improvement, and CRO strategies ito enhance online sales.
* The candidate should be comfortable working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Power BI, and pricing analysis tools such as NetRivals.
* Basic technical skills such as HTML/CSS knowledge, API integrations, and workflow automation.
* While direct management of marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Omnisend) is not required, understanding their functionality is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
