What Your Role Is
We are looking for a passionate Senior Brand & Category Manager who, based in our Madrid office and reporting to the Marketing & Category Manager, will be in charge of the full implementation of the brand & category strategy in the market, including all the brand 4P's in collaboration with the cross-functional and regional brand development teams. This role will manage a business between 21MM€ - 28MM€.
Key Responsibilities
* Builds, together with the Marketing & Category Manager, the annual brand plans and internal & external engagement strategies, including internal presentations with the commercial team, sales field force, and customer trade stories & meetings.
* Support JCP process and be the category vision ambassador internally and externally.
* Engage with Sales and Customers to execute all brand plans in all channels: assortment, promotional strategy, visibility, and merchandising.
* Develop and drive a growth sales fundamental strategy.
* Build robust NPD launching plans including commercial strategy (price, promotion, distribution, etc.), financial model, and brand local adaptations.
* Build and implement the 360 degrees activation plan for the brand, including promotions, in-store visibility, and media.
* Drive brand insights, supporting the Marketing and Category Manager in the preparation of the monthly Category-Brand review: analyze market, GM and competitor’s performance, track sales by brand/segment and work along with KAMs to bring plans to accelerate growth, mitigate risk, or close any deviation/gap.
* Control Marketing & Category budget.
