As SD Worx expands its Nordic operations in sunny Spain, we're seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to be part of our Customer Experience (CX) team for Norway. This position is ideal for adaptable professionals who enjoy solving complex issues and proactively working toward customer success.
What You’ll Do
1. Operational Management: Handle day-to-day issues at the operational level, ensuring the quality of delivery processes and routines.
2. Customer Meetings: Lead customer meetings, applying governance models with monthly and quarterly reviews.
3. SLA and Invoicing Oversight: Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and oversee invoicing processes.
4. Customer Relationships: Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, promoting our products and services according to their needs.
5. Escalation Point: Act as the primary escalation contact for customers, resolving issues and handling complaints effectively.
6. Process Improvement: Drive improvement activities, working closely with customers and internal teams to refine our services.
7. Service Development: Stay updated on product and service developments to continuously improve customer engagement.
What do you have to offer?
1. Great Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
2. Experienced in similar role: 2-3 years in customer-oriented consulting roles.
3. Service Management Savvy: Familiar with service management processes and governance.
4. HR/Payroll Knowledge: Experience in HR, payroll, or SaaS is a plus.
5. Customer-Focused: Known for your active, customer-oriented attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
6. Solution-Driven: Commercially and solution-driven, with a knack for developing our business alongside customers.
7. Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and English: Excellent written and spoken language skills in both are essential.
