About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing substantial budgets and delivering impactful advertising campaigns for B2C e-commerce brands across various digital platforms, with a primary focus on Meta Ads. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
What are the minimum requirements:
* Digital Paid Media Experience :
5+ years of tactical and strategic experience in Digital Paid Media, utilising various digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360/TD/Xandr, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, Taboola/Outbrain.
* B2C Ecommerce Campaign Success :
Proven track record of running Direct Response ad campaigns for B2C e-commerce brands, achieving measurable and impactful results.
* Budget Management:
Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets of 7m+ USD per year for successful campaigns.
* Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep understanding of online marketing metrics and marketing attribution models (MTA, MMM).
* Testing & Experimentation:
Experience conducting A/B testing and Lift Studies.
* Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Project Management:
Strong organisational and project management capabilities, allowing for effective task prioritisation, meeting deadlines, and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What would be an advantage:
* Awareness Campaigns:
Experience with awareness/consideration ad campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive customer consideration.
* Creative Direction:
Involvement in creative direction or design, providing insights on the visual and creative elements of ad campaigns.
* Experience in web Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance website performance and user experience, user experience, and customer conversion rates.
* Amazon Ad Platform:
Familiarity with the Amazon Ad Platform.
