The incumbent will be responsible for: In coordination with SBU CHRO's, develop compensation and benefits strategies that align with business goals and enhance employee engagement. Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend program enhancements. Develop and oversee Group salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness. Coordinate Group's annual compensation reviews processes, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis. Partner with leadership and HR teams to ensure fair and competitive pay practices. Manage executive compensation programs and long-term incentive plans. Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leave policies. Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality offerings.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsLead global education initiatives regarding compensation and benefits offerings.Provide guidance to SBU CHROs on total rewards programs.Foster a culture of transparency and fairness in pay and benefits practices.Act as BPO for Corporate CB Systems and strategic data management.Ensure proper Group data protection systems for CB data domains.What can you expect from us?This is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment. Strong knowledge of HR laws from one of the regions where the Group operates (preferably Europe) and regulations related to compensation and benefits. Experience with compensation software and HRIS systems.
