Revenue Management Specialist - South Europe

The Revenue Management Specialist will be responsible for analyzing revenue data and supporting the development of strategies to maximize revenue.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Analyze revenue data to identify trends and opportunities (pricing, volume, and mix to maximize revenue).
* Proactively show segments and brands with performance issues, and develop solutions with the Sales community.
* Define requirements for revenue management reports and dashboards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue growth opportunities based on local insights and Regional guidance.
* Conduct competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with the sales market.
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
* Provide recommendations to HUB Revenue Management.
* Support mitigation and contingency plans as part of the monthly operating cycle in collaboration with Business and Pricing analysts.
* Follow up on monthly/quarterly pricing campaigns, analyzing their ROI, and implement post-implementation reviews to evaluate the campaign's impact vs the initial estimation.
Requirements:
* Proven cross-functional experience in Sales ops/Pricing or Finance.
* Strong business acumen based on analytics.
* 3-5 years of experience.
* Analytical mindset.
* Agile and results-driven, with a 'can-do' attitude.
* Ability to work in a matrix environment.
* Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles.
* Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive activities/projects to completion.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (both mandatory).
