We are looking to hire a sales manager locally to develop the CIS market in Broadcasting and Telecommunications, lead the sales and marketing expansion for ABV, and be responsible for direct business in the region.
Responsibilities
* Challenge, coordinate and consolidate sales performance in CIS market for the running years;
* Develop and maintain annual sales strategies and business plan;
* Make and analyze sales performance reporting to CIS market, and recommend future products based on market trends and profit margin;
* Enhance networks to ABV expansion in the region;
* Work with staffs or contractors to develop necessary advertising, social media, and public relations activities;
* Report directly to Regional Director;
Requirements
* Bachelor degree or above;
* 7 Years of sales experience in Broadcasting and Telecommunications. CAS experience will be a big plus!
* Russian & English fluency in business communication is a must, both in writing, listening and speaking;
* Must be sales result and target driven;
* Good knowledge of Sales analysis / Sales forecasting / Sales negotiation;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
