Best hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, is looking for a SECOND MAINTENANCE MANAGER for its Hotel Best Jacaranda, located in Costa Adeje (Tenerife).
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
1. Carry out maintenance processes, both corrective and preventive.
2. Ensure the correct maintenance of the work equipment and facilities of the hotel.
3. Ensure the perfect sanitary condition of the facilities.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
1. At least 2 years of experience in areas related to facilities maintenance, plumbing, electricity in similar positions.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1. Knowledge of swimming pool use.
2. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing and air conditioning.
3. Training: Specific qualification related to electricity, plumbing and/or industrial refrigeration.
4. IT: user level.
DIFFERENTIATING SKILLS:
1. Resolute person with the ability to improvise quickly.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. Kindness.
2. Good customer service.
3. Residence in the area.
