We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Business Developer to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the recruitment sector. This role involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding client hiring needs, and promoting our recruitment solutions to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
* Present tailored recruitment solutions and service offerings based on client needs.
* Negotiate terms of business and close new client agreements.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
* Maintain and update CRM with all business development activity.
* Attend industry events, networking meetings, and client visits as required.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Meet and exceed sales and performance targets set by the management team.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry (agency or in-house).
* Strong understanding of recruitment services and client engagement strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
