Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning, organizing, and establishing annual plans, forecasts, budgets, and profit goals in line with corporate objectives.
* Assist in monitoring, checking, and overseeing the execution of the local marketing plans, programs, projects, and budgets for the store to meet the monthly and annual targets.
* Assist in monitoring the store's performance regularly and discussing corrective measures and key issues with the Store Manager to ensure that plans, objectives, and standards are met.
* Assist in reviewing and analyzing the mid-month and monthly P&L of the store to ensure that they are within the standards and discuss measures with subordinates to keep costs within budget.
* Assist in ensuring that the checks and balances in the store are maintained by closely adhering to all company policies, systems, procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Monitor, organize, control, and supervise the operations of the store during assigned shifts.
* May be assigned to handle the opening or closing of the store after hours.
* When directed by a superior, coordinate with Marketing for any promotional plans and storewide programs to meet marketing plans and forecasts.
* Prepare or assist in supervising the preparation of all required periodic reports on time, such as the Profit and Loss (P&L), Daily Sales Report (DSR), WSOR, MSOR, PR, etc.
* Assist in inventory and ordering.
* Assist in preparing variance analyses of reports prepared.
* When directed by a superior, review and approve all Petty Cash Purchases and local store materials and supplies procurement.
* When assigned by a superior, investigate, oversee, and settle all complaints brought to attention by the Delivery Services Section and the Marketing group.
* May attend and participate in the annual company sales meeting and management reviews.
* May participate in management meetings to discuss long-range planning, development of reporting, and other formats for use by various groups or related activities.
* Assist in conducting regular meetings with subordinate Management Trainees and other staff to discuss and resolve key issues, marketing plans, and other matters affecting store operations.
* Assist in conducting orientation and retraining programs and seminars for subordinate Managers and staff to improve operating efficiency.
* Assist in coaching, guiding, teaching, and retraining subordinate Management Trainees and staff to improve their efficiency and performance.
* Assist in preparing the monthly manpower schedule and assignments of all employees.
* Execute other directives from the superior.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Ages 25-36
* Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a restaurant or fast food.
* Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
* Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
* Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
* Knowledgeable in creating sales and profit & loss reports.
* Experience or knowledge in inventory and ordering.
