We organize conferences around topics that we are passionate about: crypto, blockchain, and AI (for now!).
We are looking for an over-achieving Full Cycle Sales Specialist to join the team!
The ideal candidate is passionate about Blockchain/AI/Fintech, is ambitious, smart, proactive, committed to achieving sales targets, has a growth mindset, strives for improvement, and is a great multi-tasker.
Our company is quickly evolving, so you will have other responsibilities that match what you are interested in and good at as we grow!
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the full cycle of your B2B sales (from outbound prospecting to closing deals and handling account management/upselling of your deals)
* Sell sponsorships, exhibition space, digital media and experiences through cold calling, Linkedin & email outreach and networking
* Be strategic and creative about how you will approach the market
* Find ways to contact & convince prospects
* Build and develop relationships with Blockchain & AI experts, from corporates to startups
* Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective sponsors
* Responsible for your CRM Pipeline (Hubspot)
* Partner with other Sales Specialists to share best practices, key business insights and industry trends
* Whatever else you think will help us grow the business!
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in outbound sales or business development with a solid track record (KPIs)
* Hard working, creative, capable of multitasking
* Proactive personality
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environment
* Attention to detail
* Passion for blockchain, technology, sales, entrepreneurship and AI
* Bilingual in English with strong communication skills

* No capped performance-based commissions tied to sales (around 70% of your base salary if you reach 100% of your objectives, then unlimited as it’s not capped!)

Additional info :
* We work 4 days per week in the office (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) located in Poblenou next to the Bogatell metro station
* We work from home Wednesday
