In this role, you help to drive the winning revenue strategies and processes by executing the tactical planning and day-to-day management of Marriott systems, including managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, and communicating with rate restrictions and strategy to properties. Assist with account diagnostics and monitoring transient and group inventory to ensure straight-line availability. Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems. Escalate technical questions relating to the reservations and property management systems. The role owns the reporting generation and maintenance as well as other supporting documents for presentation at hotel sales strategy meetings internally and with the owning company.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with reports & dashboard production on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Gather and process different kinds of data using the available systems and tools.Perform market studies of different kinds.Execute regular data quality checks and resolve accordingly with departments involved.Support hotel teams with Marriott systems maintenance and daily tasks.Execute daily pricing, availability, and restriction updates across the segments and systems as instructed by RM & DOS.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE2 – 3 years in a Reservations or Revenue Management related role with system configuration experience.
