We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee research and development projects within the field of Psychometrics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful execution of R&D initiatives. This role requires a strong background in psychometrics, research methodologies, data analysis, and project management to drive innovation and enhance our assessment tools and methodologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Plan, coordinate, and manage R&D projects in the field of psychometrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and research objectives.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including psychometricians, data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts, to achieve project milestones.
* Oversee the development, validation, and implementation of psychometric assessments, measurement tools, and statistical models.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders, including researchers, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.
* Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and ethical guidelines related to psychometric research.
* Prepare and present project reports, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
* Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Psychometrics, Statistics, Psychology, Educational Measurement, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within R&D, psychometrics, or related domains.
* knowledge of psychometric principles, assessment validation, IRT (Item Response Theory), CTT (Classical Test Theory), and statistical modeling.
* Experience with project management tools (Jira)
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in managing project scopes, and risk assessment.
* Familiarity with regulatory and ethical guidelines in psychological and educational assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP or other project management certifications.
* Prior experience working with educational institutions, psychological testing organizations, or HR assessment companies.
