POSITION OVERVIEWManage the Quality system, making sure it is consistent in Europe (production plants and R&D Center).Provide support in the validation and evaluation of suppliers and third party manufacturers (TPMs).ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIESEnsure GMP Compliance and prepare necessary training.Write, execute and review all documentation related to the Quality system and keep it updated.Train personnel on the Quality documentation system.Evaluate and validate suppliers and TPMs.Carry out internal audits (intercompany plants) and external audits to suppliers and TPMs.Provide assistance to audits of our facilities by health authorities and other third parties or customers.Manage and investigate Quality incidents and out of spec (OOS) as well as external complaints.Manage Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) investigation.Timely management of the internal and customer complaints, to assure the necessary investigations have been made, and the necessary CAPA is applied and verified.Provide Support on product recalls or retrievals.Provide Support on the Change Management System.Provide Support and review documentation regarding qualification of equipment, services and systems.Manage calibration of measurement, test and control devicesParticipate on the QA activities during new developments, transfers or insourcings.Provide support on all QA basic functions for FDA Compliance:Review the Batch file and release FDA finished goods.Tasks listed on the SOP-QA-003.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEEducationUniversity degree in technical discipline Proficient in English and SpanishKnowledge of Quality StandardsGMP/FDA knowledgeKnowledge of TQM methodology and processes managementExperienceMinimum 4 years experience in developing and maintaining a Quality system as well as experience in sanitization in the food, cosmetic or pharma business.COMPETENCIESExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify root-cause, recommend options, prioritize and implement appropriate solutions.Must have people skills and Team WorkComputer skills (SAP, …)AutonomousAuditor of Quality SystemsAbility to travel as needed to support Revlon business initiativesReal experience hands-on in production processesExperience in direct contact with customers
