YOUR TASKS:
1. Working together as part of the Service KAM Team, reporting to Director Global Service KAM, the Global Service Analyst is responsible for analyzing service strategic initiatives, identifying new business opportunities.
2. You would work closely transversally with all service areas, operation, sales, legal and Technical Departments to develop various strategies in very close alignment with senior executives.
3. Propose pricing and quotes covering escalation topics of customers to avoid court cases specifications and perform cost calculation for both commercial or operational topics.
4. Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
5. Research and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts.
6. Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives.
7. Support to the settlement negotiation.
8. Close alignment with senior executives to understand and prepare the corresponding analysis.
YOUR PROFILE:
9. Engineering Degree or similar.
10. 10 years experience in Service Backoffice.
11. Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point.
12. Proficiency in English.
13. Proactive person, great team player and humble person.
14. Result oriented, resilient, responsible and organized person.
15. Empathic person and able to find win-win compromises.
