We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a critical e-invoicing implementation project spanning Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Slovakia, and Poland. This project involves integrating multiple ERPs (SAP, Oracle, QAD, Mosaic, IBS) using middleware solutions to manage inbound and outbound invoices.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
1. Oversee the full lifecycle of e-invoicing integration across six countries and eight ERP platforms.
2. Collaborate with regional and local IT teams, external 3rd party providers, and middleware vendors.
3. Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
4. Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks, mitigations, and improvements.
5. Manage budgets and resources, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
6. Drive cross-functional alignment between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless integration.
7. Ensure compliance with country-specific invoicing regulations and business requirements.
What UST expects from you:
1. Extensive experience as a Project Manager managing large-scale SAP implementations.
2. Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, QAD, Mosaic, IBS) and middleware integration.
3. Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-country IT/ERP projects.
4. Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams and varying time zones.
6. Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
7. Good English level (B2-C1) as you will be working with international teams.
Nice to have:
1. Experience managing projects in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
2. Experience with e-invoicing solutions and regional tax compliance is a plus.
3. Background in finance or IT infrastructure.
4. Additional European language skills are advantageous.
Work location: 100% remote within Spain.
Work schedule: Business Hours.
No intensive working days for Friday or summer.
