Administrative and Legal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative and Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, and maintain internal databases and records.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
2. Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and contracts.
3. Maintain and update internal databases and records.
4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
5. Communicate with clients, public administrations, and other stakeholders.
6. Support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Perform other administrative and legal-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
1. Degree or relevant training in Administration, Law, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in administrative and/or legal support roles is a plus.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
7. Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation is an advantage.
8. Experience in project development, asset management, or the hospitality sector will be valued.
