We are currently partnered with a Global Tier 1 Automotive Supplier that is looking to add a Head of Sales (Retail), managing a team of high performing Sales representatives across the East Region of Spain.
Head of Sales – Retail
Remote Role - Covering East Spain Region

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy on the Retail / Aftermarket Channel in the East of Spain region, aligned with company objectives
* Ensure accurate sales forecasting and budgeting
* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation
* Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and retention
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Drive negotiations and finalize high-value sales agreements
* Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, especially profitability
* Manage pricing in alignment with company policy and Revenue Management function
* Collaborate with marketing, revenue management and sales enablement teams to optimize sales processes
* Oversee CRM and reporting tools to track sales performance and pipeline management
Requirements
* Proven experience as Sales Manager
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting.
* Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
* Experience in tire industry / similar industries is preferred
* Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
