Tasks
What you will be doing?
* Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels, including but not limited to search engines (SEM), social media platforms, display advertising, email campaigns, and affiliate partnerships.
* Analyze and optimize campaign performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
* Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing materials tailored to target audiences.
* Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to identify opportunities for optimization and maximize campaign performance.
* Leverage data analytics tools to extract actionable insights and refine targeting strategies.
* Research and implement innovative acquisition tactics, including influencer partnerships, referral programs, and growth hacking initiatives.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, performance advertising, and customer acquisition.
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
Requirements
* Proven experience (3+ years) in acquisition marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
* Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising tools.
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO principles, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
* A growth mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and market trends.
* Native Spanish is a must and fluent english is a big plus.
