Lead, coordinate and execute goodwill and assets impairment tests for the Group's Operating Units (Core Business in Europe & Brasil, Ttech, T.Hispam, T.Infra and other business lines), analysis and development of business valuation models; estimation of operating cash flows and business forecasts; monitoring financial market indicators and telecommunications & IT sectors evolution, analysis of financial strategies.
MISSION
Guide the decision-making process on valuation, dividend and indebtedness policies and the proper definition of capital structure.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analysis of impairment test of the Group's goodwill and investments, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards;
* Estimation of discount rates and perpetual growth rates;
* Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports on impairment test assessments, discount rates and valuation assessments.
* Modelling and analysis of economic-financial projections, estimation of operating cashflows and long-term forecasts;
* Monitoring financial key indicators of the telecommunication & IT sectors and financial markets;
* Analysis of regressions and correlations models;
* Identify areas for continuous improvement, standardization and automation of reporting.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
University degree in finance & accounting, economics or comparable background.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SPECIFIC SKILLS
* Financial analysis, capital markets and/or corporate finance.
* Knowledge about reporting and analysis, forecasting and finance in general.
* MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise required, familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
* Proactive, self-sufficient and flexible.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Audit/Banking environment.
