We are seeking a Medical Affairs Specialist to join a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. This role plays a key part in the implementation, management, and optimization of Medical Affairs systems, analytics, and reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and ensure compliance while collaborating with global and regional Medical Affairs teams to align operations with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement, manage, and oversee streamlined, compliant, and data-driven Medical Affairs processes and reporting structures.
* Work closely with Global and Regional Medical Affairs Directors to ensure operational goals align with the company’s global Medical Affairs strategy.
* Develop and maintain analytics infrastructure to deliver quantitative insights that support strategic decision-making.
* Utilize technology and innovation to improve efficiency in Medical Affairs operations and reporting.
* Act as the Global Point of Contact for Medical Affairs systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Manage the governance of Customer Management Systems and related processes.
* Support the implementation of GMA systems and processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Work as a core member of the International Medical Operations team, ensuring seamless integration of Medical Affairs activities across departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields.
* 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, or related areas within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of Medical Affairs systems, analytics, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
* Experience with GMA systems, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
* Knowledge of SF1 and Pitcher Systems is a plus.
* Ability to interact with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between global and regional teams.
* Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry regulations in Medical Affairs.
* Strong ability to manage data-driven decision-making and resolve operational challenges.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
