We are INTERA GROUP, born from the merger of Sensing & Control and NVISION, two companies with a large background in IoT Solutions, Artificial Intelligence, and Software and Hardware Engineering. We lead IoT-focused R&D and custom-made projects and deliver solutions across sectors such as Digital Health, Smart Energy, Smart Buildings, Logistics, and Industry.
As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role within the organisation assisting our C-Level team, and liaising with different enquiries related to their day-to-day executive needs. These include and are not limited to: travel arrangements, agenda, protocolary communications, business meetings, presentations, and more. Additionally, you will support our corporate area in tasks related to general administration, finance, human resources, and operations.
Work Assignments:
* Manage & coordinate calendar executive meetings
* Handle confidential documentation & correspondence
* Manage and filter all incoming and outgoing communications
* Prepare internal / external comms for public relations purposes (press, agencies, govs. etc)
* Arrange and coordinate business trips, bookings and travel services
* Act as the point of contact for all executive enquiries, both internal and external
* Order, purchase and hire one-off services for the C-level team, if needed
* Support administrative tasks in areas such as finance, human resources, and operations
Qualifications:
We are on the hunt of a highly skilled individual that can perform at a C-level environment, displaying professionalism, good ethics and reliability. You will be the right hand of our executive team and the main point of contact for almost all internal and external enquiries around them:
* Mandatory Spanish and Catalan at native level
* English: business level, both written and spoken
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably on Business Administration or similar
* Ability to handle multiple enquiries and a good sense to prioritize accordingly
* A calm, good-listener individual who can handle confidential information
* Full availability to provide executive support to our executive team (both remote and onsite)
* Eagerness to be involved on INTERA's future and shape your career
* Live in Barcelona or surroundings for onsite support
The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
* Understanding of Finance and Secretary principles
* Experience in supporting C-level executives
* Previous work in a tech or R&D-focused organization
* Familiarity processing and distributing confidential information
