Then you've come to the right place as a Service Sales Manager!In this brand new position as part of our growth you will actively support the customer throughout the entire lifecycle of the system and ensure high service quality and the best possible solutions.What can you expect when you join us:- You are responsible for the implementation and further development of the sales strategy in the service segment of our intralogistics solutions- You will advise our customers on individual service concepts and create customized offers based on our service range, including calculation and conditions as well as follow-up- You will lead negotiations with international customers (on site and digitally) and prepare the contractual documents upon signing- You will monitor the market and competition, analyze key figures, define strategic measures and identify trends and new business potential regarding our services- You will actively cooperate with the Spanish sales team of new systems and service sales team in Germany, as well as across service departments (e.g. onsite and remote service, spare parts)- You will play an active role in developing solutions, concepts, and tools and contribute to the overarching processes of the international service departmentThat is what you bring with you:- You have a degree in business or technical administration, alternatively a relevant qualification and a high level of technical understanding- You have several years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment with focus on multicultural business- You have strong communication skills in English, Spanish and German and are confident in dealing with international decision-makers- You have a high level of consulting experience, negotiating skills, implementation strength and impress with your strong self-motivation, team spirit and results-driven way of working- You have good knowledge of MS Office programs as well as ERP and ideally SAP systems- You are willing to travel approx. 30 - 50 % within European countries
