Job Title: Technical Translator
We are seeking experienced technical translators to join our in-house translations teams in Madrid, Spain.

Job Description:
You will be involved in translating technical documentation from English and/or Spanish to German and/or French, including aircraft maintenance manuals, industrial installations instructions, and ground vehicles maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analysis of source documentation authored in English in collaboration with technical authors.
* Translation from English and/or Spanish to French and/or German.
* Management of translation memories using automatic translation software (TRADOS).
* Crosscheck processes according to our Quality Assurance processes.
Requirements:
* Translation or Interpretation studies.
* Experience in translating technical texts from Spanish and English into German or French.
* Knowledge in Simplified Technical English (STE) standard.
* Experience in maintenance manuals and/or real maintenance experience.
* Systems or structures general knowledge, systems operation, structural repairs, data sheets, or other technical domains.
* Use of translations software (e.g. TRADOS STUDIO).
* XML/SGML authoring experience.
* Expert in Microsoft Office.
* Good organizational skills.
* Ability to focus on priorities and deliver on time to agreed standards.
* Service-oriented attitude.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* Great team spirit.
