About CARLOS SIMÓN FOUNDATION FOR RESEARCH IN WOMEN’S HEALTH
At Carlos Simon Foundation, we are looking to fill a vacancy for an administrative position in the Administration Department. The Carlos Simon Foundation for Women's Research is a non-profit organization founded and directed by Professor Carlos Simón, a renowned clinical researcher in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
We are a multidisciplinary team made up of more than 60 professionals. We work to create a world in which women's health pathologies that affect the uterus are no longer a barrier to their quality of life and reproductive desire. Our main activity is biomedical research in the field of reproductive medicine and women's health, and the development of other initiatives and actions aimed at improving our knowledge in the field and its application. Our organization is affiliated with the University of Valencia and the INCLIVA Health Research Institute (IIS INCLIVA), accredited by the Carlos III Health Institute, promoting educational access for our students and fostering the research careers of our research team.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* Accounting and administration.
* Assisting in the daily administrative and operational tasks of Purchasing and Logistics.
* General administrative duties such as managing emails, answering phone calls, document filing, and other tasks as needed.
* Monitoring, controlling, and resolving potential issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience: Essential two years of experience in similar roles, in financial or administration/accounting departments.
* Required Skills and/or Competencies:
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Open-mindedness, with a strong ability to learn to tackle new challenges.
* High attention to detail.
* Methodical and organized person.
* Teamwork.
* Open individual with the ability and willingness to share learnings and experiences.

Labor Conditions:
* The contract will be full-time and indefinite.
