What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a waiter/waitress is a plus.
* Professional appearance, always adhering to The Pacha Group’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished demeanour.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, based on the requirements of the hotel.
* A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
* A Proactive Nature and Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus), to engage effectively with guests, Pacha Family Members, and stakeholders.
* Finds creative solutions and takes ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
* Skilled in improving Customer Satisfaction and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Greets Guests upon arrival with a Warm, Magnetic Welcome, setting the tone for an iconic experience.
* Proactively acknowledges and remembers Guest Preferences, maintaining meticulous guest history records to enable personalised service.
* Takes and delivers Food and Beverage Orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary requirements and preferences are considered.
* Presents menus and makes knowledgeable recommendations based on the Guest Preferences and the availability of ingredients.
* Demonstrates an unmatched commitment to upholding superior Service Standards at all times.
* Exhibits an exceptional understanding of The Pacha Group’s destinations, concepts, menus, events, and bespoke offerings, enabling intuitive guest assistance at every touchpoint.
* Utilises smart Sales Techniques to upsell and promote services, concepts, and special promotions to elevate the guest experience and foster revenue growth.
* Takes Ownership of guest concerns and requests, responding appropriately, and escalating relevant concerns to the Head of Department.
* Efficiently processes Billing and Payments while adhering to The Pacha Group’s control procedures.
* Contributes to an immersive Dining Experience by collaborating with the Food and Beverage Team to maximise Satisfaction.
* Assists in Table Setup and helps maintain the dining destination’s overall cleanliness and ambiance.
* Upholds the highest standards of Hygiene and Safety, including adhering to proper handling of utensils, equipment, and best-in-class cleaning procedures.
* Plays a pivotal role in the preparation, setup, and breakdown of events and parties.
* Attends regular Team Meetings and Training Sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
