I’m looking for someone to truly grow with the company, take ownership, bring new ideas to the table, and be excited to build something big, together.Responsibilities:Manage and engage our student community (Circle platform)Respond to student questions regarding job applications, the program or paymentsAssist in improving the structure and delivery of our course contentPlan and send weekly marketing emails and job-related newslettersSchedule and publish content across social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) - @carolaagomezHandle marketing automations and basic analyticsSupport our marketing agency branch in social media and client onboardingRequirements:3+ years experience in operations, HR, community management, or digital marketing (or a combinatino of them)Fluent in English and SpanishExperience in customer service or client-facing rolesSelf-starter with excellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable working independently and remotelyNice to Have:Portuguese proficiencyExperience in both startups and corporate environmentsFamiliarity with American work culture and client expectations
