What You Will Do
* Develop strategies and make technical recommendations to achieve medium and long-term performance objectives.
* Translate customer objectives into technical goals for the propulsion system.
* Ensure contracted objectives are met by aligning technical definitions with cost/value targets.
* Predict customer complaints through surveys and address them.
* Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and represent the Customer Performance department in high-level decision-making meetings.
What We Are Looking For
* Education: Industrial or Mechanic Engineer with high knowledge of the operation of thermal engines. Master's or PhD in combustion engines (especially diesel engines) will be highly valued.
* Experience: At least 6 years of professional development in:
* Convergence of listed services.
* Calibration of engines or gearboxes.
* Design of powertrain mechanical components.
It Will Be Highly Valued
* Leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Working in areas like decontamination, efficiency, injection control unit tuning, engine calibration, mechanical design, and powertrain component reliability.
* Languages: High level of spoken and written English, French is a plus.
* Passionate about car mechanics.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
* Ability to manage and work across different departments/activities.
* Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Rigorous and detail-oriented.
* High degree of autonomy and initiative.
